The ibis Styles Crewe is a property which offers an unique combination of modernity and history, incorporating numerous gestures towards Crewe’s links to the golden age of travel, inspired by both classic cars and steam engines. The meticulously designed interiors of the hotel will afford guests the opportunity to experience a cultural history of mechanised motion without leaving the comfort of their rooms.

With a restaurant, two bars and 112 rooms all designed to reflect Crewe’s local heritage, and its links to the automotive and locomotive industries, in addition to its close proximity to performing arts centres such as the Lyceum Theatre and access to the thriving Northern Powerhouse.

We are looking for an inspirational and passionate General Manager who can lead our vibrant team as we continue to focus on working together to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ideally, you will have five years of experience as General Manager in a hotel operating at high occupancy.

* You will have experience of managing a hotel through a period of growth and can demonstrate how the business was repositioned in its market.

* You will have experience of Accor or a similar International hotel brand

* Commercial expertise in driving revenue while managing costs and delivering an outstanding service to guests.
