As a Senior Guest Services Manager you’ll provide leadership direction to your hotel by maximising financial returns, driving development of people, Leading the front desk and implementing new ideas, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community. You may need to act as the General Manager in their absence. We’ll reward all of your hard work with a competitive salary and benefits package.
As a Guest Services Manager, you’ll keep our hotel running smoothly, make sure everything is working well and all our guests are safe and comfortable. You’ll be responsible for maximising financial returns, driving the development of your colleagues, and executing brand standards. Your role will be varied and stimulating, and involve direct responsibility for various aspects of the hotel’s day-to-day operations with a view to accelerating your professional growth.
