As a Senior Guest Services Manager, you’ll keep our hotel running smoothly, make sure everything is working well and all our guests are safe and comfortable, ensuring that you deliver the highest quality of guest care at all times, working within the scope of the standards expected by both the Holiday Inn Express brand, and Starboard Hotels.

You’ll be responsible for maximising financial returns, driving the development of your colleagues, and executing brand standards and building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community, developing relationships with business partners and work colleagues. You may be expected to deputise in the absence of the hotel’s General Manager.  We’ll reward your hard work with a competitive salary and benefits package.
