On-Property Sales Manager, Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal

Are you an experienced Hotel Sales Manager ready for your next big opportunity? The vibrant and modern Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal is on the lookout for an on-property Sales Manager to spearhead and grow sales across corporate, meetings, leisure and all markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth through proactively targeting Corporate, Transient, Group, Leisure, and Meetings & Events segments. Secure spots in local and global travel programs and champion our meeting space

  • Develop short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluating their effectiveness

  • Foster client relationships. Build strong partnerships with new and existing clients while collaborating with central and Hilton’s commercial teams to create cohesive sales strategies.

  • Be the face of the hotel. Represent the hotel at client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.

  • Work with the hotel teams to generate leads and meet customer needs.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a motivated sales professional who’s ready to hit the ground running.

Prospective Sales Managers should have three to five years’ experience working in the sales field in hospitality.

They should also have a successful and verified track record achieving its goals preferably in branded hotels.

The right candidate should be able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge.

A strong understanding of the London market particularly Ealing/Wembley and a robust professional network.

Experience with Hilton’s Sales structure and international organisations.

Someone who has the ability to work closely with other sales colleagues, revenue and marketing teams and also cross sell all other hotels within the portfolio.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A background in Travel Trade or on-property sales management
