You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel& pub, supporting your team to deliver excellent service while ensuring the business runs smoothly and successfully.
It's a great position to start your General Manager journey. You'll gain experience across all areas of hotel operations, build your commercial skills, and develop the leadership experience needed to take the next step in your career.
What You'll Bring
Experience in a Deputy General Managers, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
A passion for great guest service
The ability to motivate, coach and develop people
Strong operational and commercial awareness
A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
