Management Accountant

Starboard Hotels | Full-Time | up to £45,000 + Benefits

Hybrid Working: 4 days office-based, 1 day remote per week

 

We're excited to be looking for a proactive Management Accountant to join the Starboard Hotels Finance team at a fantastic stage in our growth journey. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll be a key part of the team, helping to deliver accurate financial reporting, providing valuable commercial insight, and supporting performance across our hotel portfolio. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact, work closely with stakeholders across the business, and contribute to the continued success of a growing hospitality company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations

  • Support budgeting and forecasting

  • Partner with hotel management teams to improve performance

  • Monitor financial results and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Assist with audits, financial controls, and credit control

About You

  • CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified or qualified by experience

  • Strong accounting, analytical, and Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Xero and hospitality experience are desirable
