Celebrate Service Week!
The Starboard Hotels family recently came together to recognise colleagues for their delivery of exceptional service to guests across the country by participating in Celebrate Service Week, an annual event designed to say thank you to our hotel teams for their commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
Now in its tenth year, the Celebrate Service Week initiative was originally introduced by IHG but, this year, all twenty hotels in the Starboard portfolio participated to grasp the opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of every member of the Starboard family to show the depth of our appreciation for their contribution to our successes.
We would like to take the opportunity to reiterate our sincere thanks to all our esteemed colleagues for their dedication and passion. We are proud of all our teams across the portfolio, who continue to deliver exceptional guest service every day.
A special commendation was reserved for Victoria Graham at Windermere Manor, who won Starboard’s Celebrate Service Superstar Award after being nominated for her selfless support of her colleagues at the hotel.
Everyone at Starboard is already looking forward to celebrating service again next year!
