What we offer
Salary of £46,000 to £48,000 per annum

What we are looking for
Previous experience as a General Manager, or a proven Hotel Manager/ Deputy ready to step into their next leadership role
A strong commercial approach with experience managing budgets, growing revenue and maximising performance
The ability to inspire, coach and develop engaged, high-performing teams
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
Strong operational knowledge across all areas of a hotel business
Accor brand experience would be beneficial, but personality, attitude and leadership are just as important
We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity and a hands-on approach to leadership.
