Bluebird K7 Welcomed to Mansion House Ahead of Lady Mayor’s Show

Dame Susan Langley DBE, Lady Mayor of London, recently welcomed the iconic Bluebird K7 hydroplane to Mansion House ahead of her formal admission at the historic Silent Ceremony.

Bluebird K7 was a featured highlight in the Lady Mayor’s Show, broadcast live on BBC One to an audience of over 20 million viewers.

This legendary jet-powered hydroplane, piloted by speed record-holder Donald Campbell, broke the World Water Speed Record seven times between 1955 and 1964.
