Pension & Financial Support

Pension

It is important to save for the days ahead and we are proud to offer a company pension scheme.

A combined total of 8% of your monthly salary will be paid every month in your pension pot. This is made up of a contribution of 3% of the employer and 5% of the employee. You can increase your contribution if you wish, either by a % or a fixed sum monthly.

Financial Support for training

We offer financial support for training. If there is a course or qualification that you always wanted to do or believe will benefit your current job role, please speak to your line manager as we can offer financial support to gain the qualification.


Life ASSURANCE

We hope this is the one benefit that you will never have to take advantage of but in the unfortunate event that anything were to happen to you whilst, in our employment, this would provide peace of mind and a tax-free lump sum pay-out to your loved ones, helping to relieve money worries at a very difficult time

You are protected

  • If you are 16 years of age or over and have not yet reached State Pension Age

  • For a benefit of 2 x your Annual Salary

Our people team will share a form with you, where you may nominate who this benefit should be paid to. 

Health & Wellbeing

(UP TO 2 WEEKS AFTER 1 YEAR OF SERVICE)

Company Sick Pay

We are covering your salary for up to 2 weeks after the initial 3 waiting days when you get sick. Please make sure you inform your manager about your sickness and bring in your sick note.

HSF Health Plans

HSF is an easy way to cover your health costs that are not covered by the NHS, giving you cash back on dental and optical bills for example. You can opt-in via our People Team at a discounted rate.

Happy Birthday to you - celebrate your special day! We give you your birthday off. If it falls on a weekend it needs to be taken on a Friday or Monday!

Cycle to Work Scheme

Get your own two wheels by signing up to our cycle-to-work scheme. There are a number of bikes available in different price ranges and you will decide on the monthly salary contribution. Check with Alina in our people team for details. She is the expert.
